Absolutely amazing hotel staff, nothing was too much trouble. Auntie Mod went out of her way to help us navigate our way around Pattaya with laundry, taxis, places to go etc! We had two rooms on the same floor opposite each other for our family and felt safe and sound. The warm roof top pool views are superb and the pool felt private. All around very clean and welcoming.

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel , the hotel is very clean , the rooms are nice , wifi is still a issue, and breakfast is still needs improvement, the pool is nice but only 4 lounge chairs , lots of sitting but no where to lie down to sunbath , overall and nice place just needs some improvement,

Came back to Levana hotel in December. Very different this time due to the relaxed Covid rules, but the service is still among the best I've experienced. It was lovely to see everyone again and I had the same feeling of being looked after as last time. Thankfully the pool was almost completely empty this time too, which certainly helped in the 33 degree heat! If you are travelling to Pattaya definitely consider this hotel if you don't mind a slight distance from the bars and nightlife. Taxis are inexpensive and the service alone here is worth it.

The room was well priced, well decorated and a decent size. I found the bed comfortable and the bathroom big enough as well. The rooftop infinity pool and bar were great, not least because I had them to myself for the majority of my stay! The food was good quality with a range of Thai/European/American dishes. Overall, a very nice hotel located just outside where the nightlife is so you won't hear music when you are trying to sleep. However, this is only half the picture. The staff at this hotel treated me more like family than a guest during my stay. They are the kindest hosts I have ever encountered out of any hotel I have stayed at - with a special mention for Aunty Mod who was always sweet and helpful and really pleasant to talk to. I will be sad to leave in a couple of days and have told them as much, but I will return.

First of all, this is by far the best hotel in Pattaya!! the staff were very accommodating & friendly, enthusiastic and simply make you feel welcomed! that goes to each and every staff member right from the front office team, F&B team all the way up to the housekeeping team. It's so amazing when you step into a hotel and each individual simply looks like they are very passionate about their Job! I am well surprised, WELL DONE! I will tell your boss to give you guys a pay rise :) The rooms were very comfortable and spacious! Very clean and tidy! Thank you all for your hospitality, we will definitely be back!
